Profile
Austin is a member of the firm’s HR department. He works closely with our Chief Administrative Officer on all administrative matters related to our talented team of professionals. This includes all H/R administrative tasks from posting positions, arranging and conducting candidate interviews, hiring, onboarding, and all career-related tasks for our team members through to retirement. He is also responsible for a number of the fun, teambuilding, firm-wide activities that keep everyone on their toes. Austin has been a part of multiple teams as well as previously leading one himself, evidencing his innate skills in his chosen field of directly tending to and advocating for people’s needs while at work and strengthening the workplace dynamic. Austin brings a unique and creative approach to engaging and supporting our current team members and the next generation of gifted recruits.
Austin graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Dallas. Born and raised in the Dallas metroplex, Austin enjoys spending time with his lovely girlfriend and his friends and family, playing video games, playing basketball with friends, attending/participating in Anime and Cosplay events throughout the country with friends, and traveling with his family.
