Ericka’s practice focuses on corporate law and governance for nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations. Prior to joining Asiatico Law, she served as supervising attorney and staff attorney for Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas, advocating for those facing housing and consumer issues, access to the legal system, probate, employment, and economic benefit matters. Ericka also has experience representing food service and catering companies, which includes reviewing and negotiating contracts, human resources, and corporate compliance. Her love of learning eventually led Ericka into the classroom, where she taught speech communication for nearly 10 years as an Associate Professor empowering students to use their voices as a tool.
